At Seafolly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new swimwear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all items in original condition with hygiene stickers intact. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Seafolly tags and hygiene seals are securely in place.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
